Collision Avoidance for shiploaders, cranes and machines!
To avoid collisions or to automate processes, iDRR sensor provides a two dimensional measurement of a profile by means of radar.
All components can be integrated into one easy to install unit. The compact units can therefore be mounted very easily and operate maintenance-free, even under harsh conditions. Dust, fog or similar impacts do not influence the system.
With the application software (via a web browser) a simple adjustable cell based map is created. Multiple collision zones as well as the whitelisting of non collsion structures can then be defined for each of the cells. Upon entering a zone the unit switches the relevant output. Additional to the web interface the distance readings along with zone outputs can be made avalible of sevearl industrial interfaces, like:
The web based application software allows an easy installation and parameterization as well as an advanced user interface. Multiple clients can connect simultaneously and user access levels are differentiated for operator to maintenance management.
