Robust measurement of volume flow rate on belt conveyors or feeders!
The indurad Dual Range Radar iDRR is capable of capturing volume flows on conveyor belts, feeders or chutes in real-time and under all weather conditions.
The 2D radar indurad offers uniquely a radar solution based on an adjusted iDRR sensor that is capable of capturing the belt load at a rate of 15Hz. Where necessary, the belt velocity can additionally be measured using the indurad Doppler Velocity Radar (iDVR). The indurad Radar Processing Unit (iRPU) combines the acquired data, calculates the current volume flow rate and provides various evaluation procedures (time series analysis etc.).
All components can be integrated into one easy to install unit. The compact units can therefore be mounted very easily and operate maintenance-free, even under harsh conditions. Dust, fog or similar impacts do not influence the system.
